Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed.

Exceptions

• The file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open, and we cannot resolve it
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• You purchased a product you already own

How to request

Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order email and a description of the issue. We reply to every request and will always attempt to fix an access or file problem first.
